I was browsing thru' Roq La Rue gallery and this time..Roq La Rue is very pleased to exhibit work by rising star Lori Earley. Roq la Rue is a gallery that shows paintings from artists who use vintage and retro influences to create contemporary work.

Lori Earley seamless paintings of darkly beautiful and enigmatic women painted with a masterly hand and an unbelievable eye for lighting have burst onto the Pop Surrealism scene and quickly garnered her an impressive collector and fan base.

Her oil paintings are a unique combination of classical realistic rendering with a personal element of distortion. Their distortion is derived from her innate desire to render the world she feels as opposed to the world she sees before her.

Often, the eyes are the primary focus of expression and every painting is a portrait of implicit emotion and mystery- though the message is never obvious. The figures she paints exist in their own esoteric realm and time, and each painting offers a glimpse into their anomalous world.

School was fun, always been fun as long the bunch of wacko fellas exist...we had a talk by Sunway College not about promoting the college but it was some motivational talk to motivate us students by Miss Wong Lei Lei, I always enjoyed her talk. It's like my 4th talk by her, before this was in Sunway College itself some career thing, and twice in my former school Saint Mary. Then after recess time we had this talk by some lady from some stupid college..KUTPM ? A private college with some lame name..lol and her talk was boring...we half way yawned and she realised that we wasn't paying attention..even Mrs. Tam realised we're like chit-chatting...like a bunch of birds chirpings...lol. Thank god the talk was like 45 mins..a lil bit longer we might died out of boredom...

Talking about recess..Sri and Kamal reckons me this mee-teow ? Lol...the hawker aunty cooked it on the spot..wasn't that bad..eatable...lol..then the weird part was when "another" Kamal came and sat beside me..for no reason he's there..lol..freaks me off, asked him whether he's hungry, he said no..."I'm on Diet"..oh my god...that's the gay-est statement I ever heard from a guy...and he wasn't even fat...oh well whatever makes him happy.

Then had a talk with Aizat, talked about his brother Reza..a bestfriend of my ex Adam....he's a bit quite in school, most of the time it was me who's talking...hmm so far he's the only malay friend I have in that school..the girls..they don't bother to talk to me, and I guess they're waiting for me to break the ice or something..hell no..not with them...reminds me of the canteen encounter with the group..lol.

Nothing much beside that, we haven't started lessons yet...and we're not divided into classes yet.. I hope, me and the mad fellas are in one class with Krystal and Umaya too...until then, toodles.

Oh, by the way I love balls..that makes me a BaLLeryNa..lol.

Yesterday was fun, I went to KLCC with my cousins from Singapore. It was an unplanned trip to KLCC, we're supposed to go to this Riverbank Restaurant in Kuala Selangor..the seafood over there was just voila' great..actually I wanted to go there cause of the shark fin soup..lol unfortunately the traffic was a massive jam. So we turned around and head to KL..decided to go shopping so we head to KLCC, its been a while since I was there.

Then we had lunch at Madam Kwan's , I ate Wantan noodles with mushrooms and Wantan soup...the food was nice, but the best part was Sea Coconut with honey drink.....We decided to watch movie, but since it was an unplanned trip we don't know what movie to watch..so we head out to Kinokuniya check out some books, I bought "Falling Leaves - A true story of an unwanted chinese daughter "...

After that we went to TGV, check out the movies..nothing nice to watch beside Star Wars, but since we're not a fan of it , we decided to walk around, then we head to the park there was a performance by US Navy, in conjunction with some celebration between Malaysia and the States for some friendship thing. We went to Axxez, and I bought some accessories, like new hair band, which was pink in colour, 2 rings, one pink and the other one is blue...then a pink chopsticks for my hair...pink pink and more pink !

Took the lift to the ground floor and head to Coach, I bought this pink bag...theres this pink colour trench coat, looks cute, but looks weird in KL if you wear trench coat walking around..lol..then we went over to Body Shop..bought some soaps, and scents....

By the time we're over, it's almost like 7.30pm.....so we went to Bintang Walk and walked around the shops till 9.30 pm and head to this BB Hainanese Chicken Rice shop...had chicken rice for dinner..yacked till 11pm..thought of driving around KL..but there was this massive traffic jam...some roads were closed..so we decided to go home...by the time we reached home was like 12.30 am..I was too tired of walking around, so head to bed straight..thats about it my Saturday..my cousins still around so we might head for dinner after this....still planning what to eat...

As I sit and pondered about what happened at school today, I realised I missed out a part about what happened at the canteen. It reminds me of the typical people I use to talk about.

So as I was sitting with my friends, there's like 8 of us at this table...and later on there's this 4 malay girls were sitting infront of me and I was facing them. They placed their plates on the table and 2 of them were sitting, and 1 of them was this kinda big size girl was telling this friend of her's (this friend of her's is a prefect) to sit first, then only she'll sit beside her...

Then this prefect was like "tak nak duduk, tak nak duduk"...(dont wanna sit, dont wanna sit) over and over again...and I was eating and got pissed off by it... I mean if you wanna sit go ahead, you dont want to just go away cause I'm trying to have a pleasant meal...with this kiddy like voice she keep repeating telling her friend, the big size girl that she doesn't want to sit there.

Lol...and guessed what I did, I stand up and walked off to this bench near the pathway, and my other 7 friends follows me cause I told them that I don't like to be cramp up with total losers whining about a bench...at first I thought, she hates me or something, when I walked away then I realised we were sitting in this "malay" territory....lol theres like 4 tables of them and 1 of the tables were occupied by us.....I think they felt it, I hope they understand that I didn't walk off for no reason.

To come to think of it, I was stupid to walk off..I should tell them off....lol. Well I hope I don't see them again tomorrow, or else they're really gonna get it. Oh well, individual rights or whatever....I don't need someone whining infront of me when I'm tryna eat.

11th month already ? Lol, 4 more weeks and it's gonna be 1 year ! Sheesh, time flies so fast when you're weren't counting, and ticks so slow when you're waiting for something. I love my boyfriend, sooo much.

School today was fun, met some long time friends like Aizat, Sri and few other boys. Sri cracks us up with his stupid joke and the whole "guy" and "girl" thing, and guess what..lol we played Spelling Bee to kill the time, cause lessons are only gonna start after the school holidays....and when it was Kamal's turn, he was suppose to spell something that starts with an E, and he said "Aeroplane"....lol..we're like freaking 18's but we still sucks at our spellings, lol probably cause haven't been using our brain for a friggin long time..like 5-6 months or so lazing around....doing nothing...After Kamal's turn (he spelled out "E" for Exam) it was Krystal's turn...so it was "M"..so she spelled out "Mileage"...then it was my turn, but I didn't realise the last word was "Mileage"..my mind still wondering off somewhere with the "Exam" word...so I simply spelled out the word "Maid" thinking it was the letter M...and the 6 of us laughed like mad...lol...I was lost...and blurrrrr.

Thanked god for he wicked friends I have in my new school, not that bad....I'm happy to be there..except the TOILET SUCKS ! You wouldn't wanna to listen to my explanation and I sure you don't wanna me to spoil your appetite..lol....Oh well, still looking forward for school tomorrow...

Happy 11th month again Comel, love you so much.

One of my bf's cat : Romeo, passed away today. Suffered from colon cancer and was in coma. The doctor put him to sleep so he doesn't have to suffer from his pain any longer. Rest in peace Romeo.

Lol, yay ! Finally I managed to spread out a new lay out or what they called Skin for my blog, after sitting here dwelling my butt on this uncomfy-tabutt chair..lol. 4 hours and 15 mins, sheesh..this whole coding stuff makes me dizzy. Wished it was a way lot easier, probably it was easy and I'm the one who is dumb. Oh well whatever, I might changed it again..lol..seems fun, putting on new clothes for my blogby..

I realised this skin doesn't collabrate with Blogspot, so some of my previous posts, look pretty disorganized. I'll re-edit my previous posts, if I have the time that is. I might not be blogging everyday or as usual as I use to cause I'm gonna start school this Tuesday, yeah entering Maxwell and have to be there on the 17th for the whole registering thingy. I might be transfering to a different school somewhere nearer to my house, Maxwell is in KL, the traffic and such..oh well we'll see.
