Before the training starts, we had to skip rope for 15 minutes and do 200 sit ups... blek...haha..It was hard at first, but after a while, I got the rhythm back..the punches came back..the kicks came back...I guess it really is like riding a bicycle.
Fun time tho, tiring nontheless..hahah..got back, almost dozed off completely..ahah... It took me around an hour of nonstop training before i ran out of breath...damn aussie air..fuckin dry..haha..gasping dry air doesnt really help..
And I got a kit which consists of a pair of shorts, shin pads, gloves, wraps, a singlet and a tee... man, now all of the hot blondes will see my skinny, hairy legs.. argh the horror....
And oh, if you all are wondering why the music on this blog keeps changing, haha, its Eryn playing around with it..making her blog more..musically inclined..hahahah...
Ok, got to go, its late, gotta recharge my batts before training again tomorrow... and Eryn is watching
